ManageMyTent uses third-party services to provide certain application features and infrastructure.

Firebase: ManageMyTent uses Firebase services provided by Google, including Firebase Authentication and other Firebase services used to support application functionality and data management.

Google Sign-In: Users may choose to authenticate their ManageMyTent account using Google Sign-In. When Google Sign-In is used, authentication is handled through Google's authentication services.

Cloudinary: ManageMyTent may use Cloudinary to store, process, and deliver images uploaded through the application, such as business or inventory-related images.

Information processed by these third-party providers is handled according to their applicable terms, policies, and security practices.

4. Information Shared Through ManageMyTent

ManageMyTent is designed to help businesses manage and share information related to their inventory and availability.

Where you use features such as QR-based inventory access, certain business, inventory, item, pricing, or availability information may be made accessible to people who receive or scan the relevant QR code or access the corresponding public inventory link.

Users are responsible for ensuring that information they choose to make publicly accessible through these features does not contain information they do not wish to share publicly.

5. Sharing of Information With Service Providers

We do not sell your personal information.

We may provide information to third-party service providers when reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, or improve ManageMyTent. These providers may include authentication, database, cloud storage, image-processing, hosting, and other infrastructure providers.

ManageMyTent provides users with an option to initiate account deletion from within the application.

Users who cannot access the application may also request account deletion through our external Delete Account page.

ManageMyTent is a business and event-rental management application and is not directed toward children.
